Giovanna Caliari is an Italian illustrator based in Paris. Fascinated by wildlife, she sometimes depicts imaginative creatures in fantasy landscapes. This collection includes illustrations from different editions: Tapestries of Young Egypt, a felt-tip interpretation of works made by the students of the School of Carpet Art, founded by Ramses Wissa Wassef in Harrania; The hill producing noise, an adaptation of Charles Darwin's Journey of a naturalist around the world; Everything is drawn, a collective work presenting a vast and inclusive universe.
